Resolving a mobile device problem in Outlook 2003

My company uses Microsoft Outlook 2003 on Exchange Server. I've been told that I should be able to access webmail from my Samsung Rogue mobile phone.

However, when I type in my username and password and attempt to log on, the input boxes go blank. The strange thing is that I dont receive an error message. Should I try to change the URL to reference mobile somehow?

First off, check with your IT department to make sure that you have the correct URL. Assuming you're using Exchange Server 2003 or higher, you need the URL to access Outlook Mobile Access (OMA). By default, it is set to http://yourexchangeservername/OMA.

Note: Make sure you're not trying to access the Outlook Web Access/App (OWA) URL.

Checking with your corporate IT may be the best approach, as they'll know the exact configuration based, on what they have set up in your environment.
